what we're about
Showtivator Arts Management Agency is an independent performing arts management company based in Debrecen, Hungary, founded by project manager Albin Bálint. It was established with the aim of assisting and supporting performing arts organizations in creating their new performing arts projects, programme series and festivals.
Every successful performing arts project is supported by a reliable management team that performs strategic, planning, budgetary, administrative, customer relations and other operational tasks. However, not all organizations are able to employ cultural organisers, and even if such a position exists within the organisation, it may be necessary to expand resources on an ad hoc basis for a brand new project. This is where Showtivator's professional team comes in, reliably bringing even unprecedented performing arts projects to success.
show & motivator = showtivator
Whether it’s a theatre performance, cultural festival, or large-scale arena production, every project is a true collaboration. We work efficiently with our clients while fostering inspiring, motivating partnerships that create lasting value.

Project definition & planning
To create the arts project or program, Showtivator's team conducts a preliminary needs assessment and then develop an action plan and schedule of activities with the involvement of the necessary experts.

Setup of project management tools
We provide you with an easy-to-understand online administrative system through which you, as the project owner, can continuously monitor the current status of each activity.

Project execution
We will implement the given project, program series or festival at the location and time of your choosing.
why we should work together
Bringing cultural projects to life requires more than creativity – it demands targeted expertise and reliable execution. That’s where we come in, providing the stability and support you need to focus on what truly matters.

Business focus, uninterrupted operations
By entrusting their cultural projects to our team of seasoned external experts, our clients gain the freedom to focus on their core business – with no disruptions to daily operations.

Specialist knowledge when you need it
Our partners benefit from access to specialist expertise that may be unavailable or limited within their own organisations. This ensures their arts projects are managed with confidence, precision, and without compromise.

Cost efficiency, smart design
Engaging a team of external experts on a temporary basis is often far more cost-effective than sustaining a full in-house project team long term. Our clients achieve high-quality results – without the overhead.

Stable operation, impressive efficiency
Our professional approach, focused expertise and proven reliability accelerate processes while significantly enhancing organizational stability and operational security for our partners.

Professional recognition that goes a long way
Successfully delivered cultural projects, programs, and festivals create lasting impact—not just for audiences, but for our clients’ long-term professional reputation, recognition, and market position.
WE BRING YOUR NEXT PERFORMING ARTS PROJECT TO LIFE.
WE BRING STRUCTURE TO THE CREATIVE PLANNING PROCESS.
WE DELIVER TAILORED SOLUTIONS THAT BRING YOUR VISION TO REALITY.

about
Albin Bálint
Project Manager in Performing Arts, founder of Showtivator Arts Management Agency
Albin Bálint has two decades of experience as a Director, Producer and Arts Manager. He has worked as a Production Associate and Arts Manager at the Budapest Operetta Theatre, the Csokonai National Theatre in Debrecen, the Móricz Zsigmond Theatre in Nyíregyháza, the Madách Theatre in Budapest, a number of British theatres, as well as the Royal Albert Hall in London.
Albin lived, studied and worked in the United Kingdom for seven years beginning in 2005. During this time, he contributed to the development of new musical theatre works as a Production Associate, Director and Consultant. In 2012, he returned to Hungary with the goal of applying the knowledge and experience he had gained abroad to support and advance the work of Hungarian performing arts organisations.

As an Arts Manager, Albin has played a key role in presenting hundreds of domestic theatre performances and guest productions as part of the arts programs and festivals organised by Főnix Event Organising NPO at Debrecen's Nagyerdei Open Air Festival and Kölcsey Cultural Centre. From 2014, he served as Production Manager for Karneváléj (Carnival Night), the multi-arts arena show of the Debrecen Flower Carnival, for four consecutive years.
During the pandemic, he continued his work in the digital sphere – first as Program Manager for the online content of Móricz Zsigmond Theatre, and later for Madách Theatre.
He holds university degrees in Musical Theatre Producing, Art Theory and Drama and Theatre Education, as well as a professional qualification in Community Arts Management. He speaks English at a conversational level, which has supported his international collaborations and professional activities both in the UK and Hungary.
Albin considers it his professional mission and personal passion to create as many high-quality and meaningful cultural events as possible – through the coordinated efforts of outstanding professional teams and by providing a stable, reliable background for program organisation.
"A completely reliable and safe pair of hands in a very unstable and rocky environment."
– Hugh Wooldridge, director and producer of the international musical gala The Night of 1000 Voices at London's Royal Albert Hall, on Albin's work
